SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders will be processed within 48 working hours and entrusted to the courier for shipment.

The entire delivery process is managed by the courier who may request a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification note with the methods for collecting the goods or will try to make 2 new delivery attempts in the following days. We remind you that it is not possible to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped. It is also our policy not to re-ship if the recipient has not been able to receive the original shipment.

Shipping costs for Italy

If your order is at least 50 Euros , shipping is always FREE in Italy. The cost of shipping is instead of 6 euros throughout the national territory, for orders under 50 euros.

Shipping costs for Europe

The cost of shipping outside Italy is 15 Euros , for orders of at least 100 Euros shipping is FREE . Below you can consult the list of countries where it is possible to take advantage of our shipping.
